South Beach Condos
South Beach (SoBe) is known both for its nightlife and iconic Art Deco architecture, as well as its long sprawling beach. First developed in the 1910s by Carl G. Fisher (of Fisher Island Fame), the Lummus Brothers, and John S. Collins (builder of the Collins Bridge), SoBe was the first section of Miami Beach to be developed.
Often used as a backdrop in popular media like the TV show Miami Vice, SoBe has quickly become one of the most identifiable regions of the Miami Coastline for its unique architecture combined with it’s beautiful vistas. In addition to its TV fame, SoBe also features a number of public and private schools, houses the Florida International University of Architecture, and the Lubavitch Educational Center, and features eight unique parks like the Miami Beach Golf Club.
Currently, SoBe is a major entertainment destination featuring hundreds of nightclubs, hotels, botiques, and more.
